Special Factors Prior to Installation:

This product is a ceramic body, glazed tile with a high water absorption rate. Due to its artistic nature, this product will present variations in caliber, flatness, straightness, texture, design and shade. These special variations give the product unique characteristics and a personality all its own. Most of the glazes are special, saturated glazes that will produce a beautiful and intentional crackle either right away upon production, in transport, or at some point after the installation of the tile. This is inherent to the tile and part of its charm. When installing in a wet area sealing will be necessary. We recommend using a grout color which matches or is slightly darker than the tile color. Handle the pieces with care during installation to avoid scratching and damage. The pieces should be clean and dry before installation. We suggest mixing tiles from different boxes upon installation. Non-sanded or high performance grout should be used. Agents, acids, alkalis, and strong detergents should not be used.

Inspect all tiles PRIOR to installation. No claims will be accepted after installation.
