Customer Billing Update

Traditions in Tile & Stone will be implementing new system updates starting October 1, 2022

All customers will be assigned a new Customer Number, and the following features will be changed:

  • If you currently view invoices through the Billtrust portal, you will continue to be able to view your invoices dated prior to October 1, 2022.
  • For invoices dated October 1, 2022 and after, you will log into our new Ebiz portal:
    Our new Ebiz portal will allow you to sign up with your own user password, and to view and pay your invoices online.
  • For payments via ACH through Billtrust, that feature will last through the end of October on Billtrust.
    Once Billtrust ends, the same capabilities will be available on the new Ebiz portal.

Our goal regarding this change is to streamline and enhance the system to make it even more “user friendly” while continuing to provide you with the best customer relation experience in the industry.
